Delhi Black Lentil Daal
- 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Delhi Black Lentil Daal (lentils included)
- 1-2 tsp hot vegetable oil or ghee
- 4-5 tbsp water
- Fry the spices from the whole spice sachet in 1-2 tsp of hot oil (or ghee) until sizzling.
- Stir in the tarka sauce from the Tarka sauce pouch and bring to a simmer.
- Add the lentils from the lentil pouch and 4-5 tbsp water, bring to a simmer, then serve.
