FREE SAMPLE / FREE PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Spice Tailor (Canada) Limited (“The Spice Tailor”) Free Sample / Free Product promotion shall be subject to these terms. The Spice Tailor Free Sample/Free Product promotion, will be free with no charge to the user for the item and neither purchase is required, nor is the cost of fulfilment and delivery billed to the consumer.

Whilst it is possible to add the item "Free Sample/Free Product” to your basket, and whilst this may then appear in order and shipping confirmations, this does not guarantee that you will receive these items- you must also comply with these terms.

To receive the Free Sample / Free Product consumers must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of resident, and be a legal resident of Canada.

The promotion is not available on subsequent orders, regardless of the item being in your basket or not. There is a maximum of two Free Sample/Free Product[s] per household. We reserve the right to deliver the Free Sample/Free Product within a time frame that is suitable to us and our partners; however, we will always aim to deliver the Free Sample / Free Product to you on a reasonably time basis. Whilst we aim to deliver the Free Sample / Free Product to you in good order, fit for consumption, we cannot guarantee that our third party providers in fulfilment will get the product to you in good order, fit for purpose.

The Free Sample/Free Product promotion is a limited time offering (which shall be at The Spice Tailor’s absolute discretion), and supplies may be limited.
The Spice Tailor reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion for any reason, including in the event of a printing or administrative error.
