Spicy Goan Mackerel Curry

- 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Fiery Goan Curry
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 small-medium mackerel, cleaned, gutted and cut into 1½ steaks
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- Heat the oil in a small-medium sized non-stick saucepan. Add the spices from the whole spice sachet, only adding the chilli if you really love the heat.
- Cook for 10-15 seconds. Add the base and main sauces from the pouches and a splash of water and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fish, bring back to a boil, then turn the heat down and cook gently until the fish is cooked through, around 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the cilantro and serve with rice.
